LSCi, LDB Systems Consulting Inc, is the business of independent consultant Lawrence (Larry) D. Bridle, M. Eng.
Mr. Bridle has been in the business of providing consulting services since 1986. Today, a wide range of consulting services are provided and most often to small & medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Larger enterprises may also benefit from these services since they are intentionally scalable to all sizes. The unifying goal of LSCI is to be an accelerator of growth so that small businesses can become bigger businesses, that all businesses become sustainable economic engines for their owners, investors as well as their employees, and finally that all businesses grow to become 'great' businesses —

LSCi's unique advantage is the ability to integrate wide ranging methods and perspectives that produce new and often profound insights — insights that produce clear 'bottom-line' benefits and more.
Originally, the demand was for technology support services - of which we still provide exemplary service. However, few things are as true as the common understanding that 'the only constant in life is change'. All service offerings have been continually improved and expanded to meet Mr. Bridle's personal and continual drive to contribute more, to contribute more significantly and effectively, and to surpass all client expectations.

Its All About You
Today, all consulting activities are much more human-centered. This is an outcome of experiential learnings that strongly indicate that the dominant Key Success Factor in most any endeavour is, and always will be, 'the people' — and more specifically their Universal Basic Needsdef'n . Every business transaction is initiated to satisfy the basic need(s) of some human or organization of humans. And each transaction is never truly complete until the motivating needs of all affected humans are fulfilled, .. i.e. not just filled but Fully Filled.
Achieving and optimizing 'Fulfillment' also required expanding our consulting activities to the entire business unit. With a human-centered focus it quickly became obvious that the basic needs of other groups of people, such as employees, owners and investors, even 3rd-party special interest groups (the taxman, employee health & safety institutions, ... occasionally environmental groups, etc), all require full consideration as well.
In contrast, fulfilling the customer's basic needs at the expense of the employees' needs, or any other group that has an interest in the business, is nothing but a description of the proverbial 'WIN-LOSE' relationship. Further, our observations as well as research from world leading consultants, Miller-Heiman, indicates that WIN-LOSE relationships sooner or later degenerate into LOSE-LOSE relationships, i.e. everyone loses.
All our services include the use of this perspective as a fundamental basis. We continually seek to understand and maintain continuous awareness of our client's basic needs and continuously adapt our doings to best fit these needs and hence to best accelerate growth. While mainstream business practices often refer to Needs, such as 'customer needs', our concern is that this is too often done in a somewhat superficial and limited way, that the importance of all human needs is largely undervalued.
LSCi is thus about helping any organization accelerate their business growth through the adoption of a more human-centered world view that is fundamental to all things human, to all business processes, and even to the addition of any business technology. Its a very important new approach, and that without a deep understanding of this perspective, LSCi worries that many business are unlikely to achieve greatness, and may even be at risk of not being sustainable.
